    Having something different after just cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. Scrubbing floors makes the brett in me come out. Sooo I'm going to try Mikkeller Yeast Series 2.0 Brett Bruxellensis.

    What a fantastic smell and a taste that wasn't what I was expecting. It's nice, but more of an interesting different taste and something I might not seek out again. I'll call this a learning experience.

    RECAP: It's homebrew Thursday (carrying over to Friday). A nice little lineup that a friend and I had today.

    Fun night, but unfortunately had to replace the IPA tasting lineup I had planned with a few people that bailed last second. Oh well, more for me.

    Just got back from taking the girlfriend to the Little Big Town show. All they had was overpriced cans of BMC staples. Not even a Goose Island. So I waited . . . and waited . . .
