    I found two cans in the back of my fridge a few weeks back. I was going to dump them out, but my buddy said he'd take them. Since Kimmich swears that Heady never goes bad when properly stored, I wondered the same thing about a TH beer. Gone is that pillowy feel, as well as the bubblegum notes, but it's still quite good. I'm getting more bitterness than you would typically expect from a TH offering. Here's the bottomline -- even way past its enjoy by date, I'd take this over any shelf option in my area. That's no BULLSH*T...

    After last night's Ten Fidy side by side I wanted to start the day off with something a bit lighter. I was going to take a picture in the snow, then I decided I didn't want to go back out into the cold. This beer is very nice. Oak conditioned sour ale dry-hopped with Wai-iti, Kohatu, and Wakatu hops from New Zealand. Very nice tart sour tropical and citrus character. Grimm does things right. Cheers!
