I've had at least six of these, if that tells you
anything. Takes guts/foolishness to enter the MI market,
don't you think? Takes good too! It seems this has got
'em both. Drink While You May!

"The perfect marriage of Island-grown malt, sour cherries, and funky brett, kissed by French and Appalachian oak for 2 full years. Enjoy now".

The closest I've had to Cantillon brewed by a North American, and the best year I have had yet. Contact Rutager if you'd like to trade for one or two.

and I'm glad they did. This beer is a lot better than I remember (still not so crazy about this particular label, though). Cheers!

Founders All Day IPA: I cannot believe how good this stuff is. This is the third time I've had it and each time it blows my mind all over again (even better on tap).

Enjoying some Captain Lawrence Liquid Gold that I had with dinner (big-ass salad w/ sardines & fried garbanzos). And, I have to say, I think that a good BPA is an under-appreciated beer around here (at least those BPAs that aren't large-format, wild yeast versions of the style—just a classic, clean, golden, spicy BPA).

Had a Nugget Nectar with dinner--grilled chicken thighs, roasted sweet potatoes and seasoned asparagus.

Now having SN Bigfoot 2013. Much better than the first time I had it.

Pretty hoppy, but really balanced. I don't know what hops and malts they use, but they have a bit of a unique flavor and sit really well against each other. One of my top five beers.
