Sup BA? Starting with Weidmann, a Dutch Heffe, does that ring a bell to you @Beer-Panda ? It's good.

Oh and yeah I am watching '2 Broke girls' that silly sitcom.

Good morning BA, have a great Sunday! Woke up earlier than usual. I've got some morning errands to run and laundry today. Then I need to finish up some work for tomorrow. Hopefully the issues will be resolved once I submit the data reports tonight. Last week was unbearable. I don't know how they expect me to work on two new vehicle programs at the same time, it's just not going to be sustainable. Raining pretty heavy out there earlier this morning.

Awesome this year. Flavors of ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, passion fruit, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, and pine; with some honey, cracker, bready malt balance; and floral/grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine/rind/peppery bitterness on the finish; touch of fruit tartness. Medium bodied; crisp, sticky, resinous, and fairly grainy mouthfeel; touch of fruit acidity. Very drinkable with juicy hop/fruit flavors. Increasingly drying and never astringent. I am still tempted to buy a 12 pack, but I keep grabbing these as singles while I can.

Awesome quad as always. Huge flavors of raisin, plum, fig, cherry, date, apple, light banana, pepper, clove, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, toasted biscuit, and light nutty maltiness; with some herbal hop and yeasty earthiness. Fair amount of yeast spice on the finish; with a great balance of yeast and malt flavors with no overwhelming sweetness. Some creaminess and slight slickness in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing spicy yeast dryness. Well attenuated overall considering the ABV. Really all around excellent for an American made Quad. Looking forward to Blasphemy in May.

Incredible as usual this year. Flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, mango, lemon/orange peel, and pine hops; with moderate honey/bready malt sweetness; and floral/grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus rind bitterness; with an awesome balanced creamy/sticky/resinous medium-full bodied mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing resin dryness, with no lingering hop astringency. Not overly sweet or bitter, extremely well balanced. Lightly warming alcohol, but very easy drinking. Never disappoints. Down to my last can. I think I saw some more around, might grab it.

Amazing batch this year, as usual. Flavors of cinnamon, mint, nutmeg, ginger, clove, vanilla, coffee, cream, and pepper spice; with balanced milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, fudge, caramel, brown sugar, and toasted dark bread malt sweetness. Light-moderate herbal spice and roasted bitterness; touch of char. Bittersweet balanced finish, with a fantastic creamy/silky medium-full body mouthfeel. Some light sticky/chalky notes and dryness from the spices and roast malts. Very smooth with a small lingering warmth of alcohol and pepper heat. Super rich and decadent. Perfect balance of spices and stout flavors. One of my favorite spiced stouts along with regular Bomb. Still a bit left on the shelf, will grab more before it's all gone again.

    Cheers

Have a great Sunday BA. A bit rainy here, so the dog didn't want to go farther than the first tree.

Sooooo, was supposed to have lunch with my daughter Saturday, as she was in town from Columbus visiting her Mom, whose birthday was last weekend....mine is next weekend, so I got surprised with an entourage yesterday appearing at the BVS Boathouse, my daughter, my sweet girlfriend and Mom, who had all surprised me (early) for my upcoming b-day! Sneaky! Wonder what my actual birthday will bring....whoa!

Came back from Florida a day early due to the predicted storm. In fact, Southwest has already cancelled my original flight. After a week away, my beer fridge is seriously depleted. I hope to make a beer run before it gets too bad.

Good morning, BAs! I'm trying really hard to ration my ipas...it's not going so well though. This is tasting delicious on this cold, rainy February morning.
