    We haven't seen this beer in three years and one case mysteriously dropped off the truck this week at a local store. I love when shit like that happens!:slight_smile:

    Totally!! This beer is amazing with 3 to 5 years on it. One of the best age worthy beers.

    Thanks. Good to know, I'll leave it in the cellar and forget about it for a little longer. I have a terrible habit of buying more beer than I drink and always worry I've sat on them too long!

    I think you might be the only one here with that problem. We here in America are absolute minimalists and never buy a single bottle more than what we need and no impulse buys!! Lol, I'm sure you have discerned my humor here!! I'm totally guilty of buying and justifying it on the name of cellaring. I always buy Founders RIS and store at least 6 of them to age.
