A Meine Hopfenweisse from Schneider Weisse. It's around since 2008, but this is my first try. Wow! Nice. Schneider is specialized in wheat beer ('Weisse' means wheat I think).

This Hopfenweisse is hoppy, but flowery, bitter and full-bodied, and still with a sweet malty aroma.
    Cheers!

If only they dated their beers. If trading for this, you kinda have to trust the trader because there is no way I know of to find out how fresh it is. And while 1 year old heady is just fine. 1 month old heady is a whole other beast. Thats the only down fall to that gem of a beer.

Very refreshing, thirst-quenching beer. Awesome green apple/lemon peel tartness with vinous white grape character. Tastes like champagne and apple juice mixed together. I love it.

Sweet, BOLD, fudgy, Americanized stout - As one would expect from Trill/Prairie: Cinnamon, and burnt coffee abomination, accompanied with roasted malt, molasses, chocolate, soft vanilla, and faint chili’s. The carbonation is surprisingly light, but gooey, silky, and creamy...works well with abv.

Sit on this, and let it warm…more chili prevalent and intricate. Of course, if you’re more akin to coffee then chug immediately or keep cold
