Good morning BA, have a great Sunday! Another typical Sunday as usual. Laundry, bottle returns, and NBS. I might do some work at home, but things have toned down in the last couple weeks so it hasn't been as necessary. But my manager still has me approved for OT.

Incredible DIPA! Really fresh bottle. Flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, apricot, mango, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, and pine hops; with moderate caramel/toasted bread malt balance; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Good sized pine/citrus rind/spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus bodied; crisp, sticky, resinous and fairly creamy/grainy balanced mouthfeel. Strong increasing resin dryness, no lingering hop astringency. Still highly impressed with this, even with the new higher ABV. This was originally one of the first IPAs way back 6 years ago to really blow me away, and I think it still just as impressive; even though my rating numbers have shifted overall to lower scores over time. I love C hops and Simcoe any day of the week. Got a 6 pack yesterday since I finally found it fresh. Seems to be only twice a year we get fresh 6 packs of Green Flash on the shelf.

Awesome scotch ale. Will definitely buy this more often, didn't have it in years prior to a few weeks ago. I prefer Scotty Karate for the non-barrel style, but this is year round. Flavors of huge caramel, raisin, plum, prune, fig, date, brown sugar, molasses, toffee, brown bread, toasted biscuit, and nutty malts; with lighter notes of peat smoke, chocolate, leather, tobacco, and herbal/peppery hops. Light-moderate herbal/spicy hop and roast bitterness on the finish. Medium-full bodied creamy/bready mouthfeel; light sticky hops and chalky roast, with increasing bitter dryness. Very smooth, mildly warming ABV. Just a little too bitter and increasingly drying for the style; but the rich malt and fruity yeast complexity is completely spot on. This was a year old bottle off the singles shelf I saw yesterday. Still pretty bitter right now, surprisingly.

Awesome quad as always. Huge flavors of raisin, plum, fig, cherry, date, apple, light banana, pepper, clove, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, toasted biscuit, and light nutty maltiness; with some herbal hop and yeasty earthiness. Fair amount of yeast spice on the finish; with a great balance of yeast and malt flavors with no overwhelming sweetness. Medium-full bodied; some bready creaminess and slight slickness in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing spicy yeast dryness. Well attenuated overall considering the ABV. Really excellent and well rounded for an American made Quad. Been on a bit of a Belgian kick lately. Don't think they are releasing Blasphemy this year(or any 750 ml for that matter), but it's still around on the shelf. Might grab one soon.

Cellar grab January 2014. This is fantastic! Great head retention and lacing. Flavors of huge dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, molasses, brown sugar, caramel, toffee, raisin, prune, fig, date, cherry, licorice, toasted dark bread, and light smoke/char. Light roast/char balanced bittersweet finish. Full bodied creamy/silky and lightly slick/syrupy/chalky mouthfeel. Lightly increasing bitter roast/char dryness. Insanely smooth, mildly warming, zero booze. This beer was my 2600th review in 2014 with a 2010 vintage, so now with a 2014 it is just as impressive. Definitely one of the most dark fruity stouts I've had, but it is still incredibly well balanced. Very rich and complex. Still have another bottle of the 2014. Should pick up more from the latest batch to cellar. Definitely worth the price for enjoyment once in a while.

Absolutely amazing unfiltered Pilsner! Delphi by Elixi Brewing (Greece). Amazingly complex for a lager but so drinkable too. Too bad this isn't exported to the US.
