    I read that some think the malt backbone of this beer was lessened to a fault. But I think it is perfect. A nice malty, sweetness and an explosion of hops. Great beer, IMO.

    Tuesday peeps, tried my hand tonight at making a traditional meal my Mom used to make a lot when I was growing up, not sure why it took me this long to make one of my favorites. Not as good as mamma's, but not far off. Most importantly, the kiddos loved it. Alaskan Sockeye, yellow onion, bit of white vinegar, evoo, and white rice, accompanied by my last No Filter.
