    Highland Park Timbo Pils. My only regret about this amazing brew is that I didn't buy a full allocation at its release. Perfect BBQ beer.

    Drinking this one now. Another example of a style that got hot and then disappeared. I still enjoy an IPL when I can find one fresh.
