    Thanks for letting me start the forum today, advocates. May be the last time for awhile. It's the Mrs' last (as in "she's taking time off and I gotta get a job") day of school, so how could I start with anything else?

    Well, that and I was up late and anything stronger might kill me....

    Don't know why I thought the anniversary was yesterday, especially when I lamented in the thread that we all missed out on it somehow. But it was after midnight when I said it, so at least I was somewhat close....
    Is that some sort of special edition LP or just the regular remastered re-release?

    Did a comparison of FBS from two weeks apart. No difference.

    After three hours of viewing, this song is the best thing I've encountered in the Twin Peaks revival so far.

    The below clip is from an episode of my favorite new show. Near the end, when he has all the cans of the same beer lined up while watching baseball, it looks like @PatrickCT's house (except without THE SAME FUCKING SONG BEING POSTED OVER AND OVER).

    Schneider Weisse Mein Aventinus, brewed in 2013.

    It’s a Weizendoppelbock. Schneider Weisse was the first to produce this style. First brew was in 1907, if my research is correct.

    A yeast pour is the traditional way of pouring a Weisse, but I’m not sure if that also fits Weizendoppelbock. However the ‘chunky bits’ are relatively solid, and settle to the bottom of the glass quite quickly.
