Ok, back to refreshing after an Aslin Nuance of Meaning that I didn't picture, though I did up my rating slightly.


I got one of these Saison Bretts to let "develop." This one is more earthy than funky at this point, though there is a sort of "musty" note to the pear and apple.

Consumed two liters of this at breakneck speed one afternoon at the Hofbrauhaus, Munich, during a Stark Bier Fest, then lost track of the remainder of the weekend. Eventually made it back to Rheinland Pfalz in one piece, but there's still a black hole where a memory should be.
