18th Street Lucifer in a Haze DIPA. Orange and pineapple juice. Very low bitterness. Getting better with each batch it seems like. Best NE style I've had by them so far. Cheers!

I had a saison from lavery brewing. In the bomber it was excellent. Just what you are looking for too. It was brisk and not heavy. In the smaller size, a sixer. which I was very excited to buy in a saison, ( you know what i mean) and blech. Their problem was fizz. If you see a bomber of liopard oir by lavery brewing give that one a try =)

Insight Taming The Devil's Companion London Style Porter, 5.3% ABV, 29 IBU. Pours thick and black, with a one finger (guess which) tan head. Nose is malt and toffee, perhaps a touch of chocolate. Taste is slightly bitter roast malt, toast, coffee, and a bit of sweetness to balance. Excellent mouthfeel, smooth, well carbonated and a bit dry. Overall outstanding. Perhaps "London Style" equates to "Stout-like". I'd definitely get this again.

I've had this entire series sitting in my cellar for a while, along with a few other stouts from this brewery. Brought them up, and plopped them in the "queue" fridge. It's finally time to see how Prairie approaches stouts other than the Bomb series.

This is another one of those beers that appeared out of nowhere at every bar everywhere allofasudden about 15? years ago. I appreciated it, but disliked it's sudden global insertion into the marketplace. Now it just seems dull.

I actually almost ordered one the other day off their website. I'll just do that. Shipping was pretty cheap. That Monsters Park glass caught my eye too, neat design, unique. Thanks though, guy.
