Magic hat #9, tastes good today! 65 percent of Floridians are without power. Need to find more ice tomorrow for the beer cooler.

 

#2, this is Scentennial, a single-hop IPA featuring the Centennial hop. A West Coast IPA brewed in the Midwest - sign me up!!!

Ouch! Yup you got to be careful where and who you touch after chopping hot peppers.

I chop and prepare a lot of peppers. Once while chopping, a seed somehow tiddlywinked off the knife straight into my eye. Damn that burned. I wondered if I should have goggles for pepper prepping.

 

That is an excellent musical selection!

 

I'll bet that chili was good though.

Step 3: Pour beer into a stein!:



Step 4: This is where you get to show off your vessel with pride! No need to feel timid, shy, embarrassed, or silly. Have fun with this glorious festivity! Post a picture of your awesomeness just as you always do, right here on WBAYDN:



Then, come back each Monday afterwards and look feverishly on WBAYDN to see the wonderful collage(s) of steins that The Staff works so diligently on.

St. Ambrose Imperial Brag-About It

 

It was very hot but not that bad. Last year I though it was a good ideal to add carolina reapers and trinidad scorpions...that was tough.

 

Hola from Puerto Morelos, Mexico. Obviously not the best beer choices at an all inclusive resort but whatever, they keep the room well stocked. First time opting for a suite with a swim up pool. Not a bad choice. Off to dinner and some martinis..

Picked up a coupla these after work today, since I liked it so much yesterday, and we've got an early football game tonight (might actually be up for the whole thing! Could ya imagine?)... Giant offense really stunk up the stadium in Dallas last night - I know OBJ was out, but that's no excuse - they're a team that really needs a running game as well as an offensive line...
