Work sucked ass today. Late start, Odell Sunny Rain Golden Tart.

Just through with another Ken Burns Vietnam. People talk about how divided this country is now. A relative hiccup compared to 69-70, but failure to learn from our mistakes could yield just as shitty results...

Embracing my inner basic white girl and having a nitro pumpkin spice latte from breckenridge brewery. Meh, the base would be a solid coffee stout if it was a bit stronger. Not a drain pour but I won't buy again.

Love it. Was able to get 2-4 pks, total, buts its gone now. One more to go. Nice blending of slightly hazy, fruity and nice pine grapefruit bitter. Super aroma. I can see why thats your go to brew. NH has some killer breweries. Any others NH I should be on the lookout for?

Always excellent, one of my go-to porter favorites. Flavors of big milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, toffee, coffee, toasted dark bread, and light nutty malts; with some light-moderate herbal/spicy hops. Light-moderate earthy hop and roast bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied; great bready/grainy creaminess in the mouthfeel; some light sticky/chalky notes from hop/roast. Lightly drying. Such a classic American porter all around. I love Munich malt in Porters and this has a nice amount in the grain bill. Might have to redo the review on this, and most other local favorites I keep buying. I feel much more impressed with a lot of them recently.

Delicious APWA/IPA. Fantastic lasting head retention and dense lacing for the style. Some solid haze. Flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper, and pine hops/yeast; with moderate wheat, cracker, biscuit malts; herbal, floral, grassy hops; and yeast earthiness. Similar, but muted aromas. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body. Balanced bready/grainy malt and hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Light resins/rinds, increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very drinkable for 7%. They call it an American pale wheat ale; but as far as I can tell, this is a Centennial/Columbus hopped Wheat IPA, with American wheat yeast for fruity character. Really well done stuff, pretty unique.

Great stuff! Flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, lemon/orange zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with wheat, cracker, white bread dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Mild pine, herbal, grassy bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus bodied bready/grainy creaminess, and light hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Slightly increasing bitter dryness. Never astringent. Super drinkable, mildly warming 7.7%. Equally impressed with this as the regular Slurm, though this is a definite improvement on the style accuracy. This is way less piney, bitter, and rindy; and instead being super juicy, vibrant, and dank on hops; with perfectly balanced malts, and no residual sweetness. Loved the hop profile as expected. Got one more left from the pack.

Outstanding as always. Just showed up locally last week, but is just past dating now(odd). Big flavors of juicy mango, peach, apricot, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, and pine hops; with honey, bread, and light caramel malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Good sized pine/rind bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus bodied. Sticky/resinous mouthfeel with some balancing malt creaminess. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Such a fantastic DIPA. I love Chillwave more, but this is still always amazing. The main difference is Simcoe hops here, vs Mosaic in Chillwave. Will be grabbing more singles in my next mix 6 pack for sure. 90 days old is not an issue, will taste delicious for a couple more months at least. This is basically imperial Commodore Perry, minus Cascade hops.

The enthusiastic man at Belmont Station suggested that this was his favorite Oregon made Pilsner. I took him up on that challenge.

    He might be right. Prost!

About a year on this bottle I think. Wife told me I had to clear out some of my cellar. So I brought a few stouts with me. Just incredible. Wish I would have bought more. Rum is at the perfect level. Very impressed with this one.

    Cheers.

Good evening, fellow LNBA's! I'm just now getting around to a beer after pissing away most of the evening cooking up a small (1.5 qt.) batch of crabapple / habanero jelly. The amount of work I put in on this makes me appreciate all the more what you homebrewers do. In honor of that pioneer spirit, here's a home-brewed kolsch from my friend and co-worker @Strike00. Outstanding!
