    Understandable, but luckily, it seems like CanconPhilly knows the worth of the beer. Makes me feel good that you guys are gonna trade. Not sure if he's had Cantillon before, but if anything, that's just really awesome to see. I haven't had much by Burley Oak, but what I have had, yes sir, it's pretty damn solid! Cheers to both you guys!

    Happy Saturday ba. Getting into it with a new local collaboration brew. Brow, nes ipa, from Spider Bite, and Barrage brewing here on the island. Hazy with tons of hop and fruit notes. A bit more bitter than I had expected for the style but it works well. Great stuff and just a tad fresh with a 9/28 canning,

    I've only ever had 2 Cantillons...both times on draft, never from a bottle. While Burley's sours are super-good, l know they're not anywhere near Cantillon level. I'm not even sure what I'd do with a Cantillon bottle...would save it for a very, very special occasion. Like getting married or having a kid or something.

    You shouldn't save the fruit ones, they are better fresh, but I had a 2006 Gueuze at Cantillon, and it was incredible. I'll be sure to get you some!
