Got hooked up with a half case of this for $5 a while back because a friend’s dad works for a distributor. Still tasting pretty darn good despite it’s 5/2016 enjoy by date, a tiny bit oxidized if anything. Definitely a steal

Once again, Tired Hands steals the show with yet another obscure, off the wall beer name.

My last of these, and probably my last for tonight...I'm shot. Even at nearly 2 months old, this is still delicious.

Cowiche Canyon Fresh hop pale ale is the gold standard for that style, Field to ferment is a diversion but really good. Keeping my eyes peeled for Cowiche Canyon to hit my area.

Fantastic Festbier! Amazing head retention and lasting lacing on the glass; crystal clear. Aromas and flavors of big cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, and light honey/caramel/nutty malts; with some mild herbal, grassy, peppery noble hops. Light herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; awesome bready/grainy Munich malt creaminess and light sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing bitter dryness. No cloying or hop astringency. Perfectly clean lagering, never yeasty. Absolutely outstanding. Very rich, clean, and complex bready Munich malt flavors; with just enough hops to balance the sweetness. A new favorite, liked this more than last years Festbier(it's quite a bit more rich). I still think the Great Lakes and Ayinger still edge it out a bit; but they are both Marzens, and therefore more rich and Munich heavy than this would be from a style standpoint.

Always excellent, one of my favorite classic tasting Midwest IPAs. Flavors of bright/juicy grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, and pine hops; with moderate caramel, toasted biscuit malt balance; and floral, grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus peel bitterness. Balanced sticky/resinous hops and bready creaminess in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing resin dryness, no hop astringency. Touch of lingering rind. Chinook, Cascade, Centennial. Can't go wrong with those hops. Great malt balance without being overly sweet. Need to keep this in the fridge more often, but with all of the new IPAs around lately; it has been absent for a while this year(until more recently).

Great English brown ale! Glad they kept it as the fall seasonal, never was a big fan of any of the pumpkin beers they released. Just won gold at GABF over the weekend. Flavors of big nutty medium roast coffee, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, toasted brown bread, and light chocolate/cocoa/vanilla; with a touch of herbal hops. Light herbal/roasted coffee bitterness; creamy medium-full bodied mouthfeel. Touch of increasing dryness. Very smooth and drinkable. Well rounded and balanced coffee/malt complexity. Will keep grabbing the singles, as I already have a couple more. Love this stuff, very well deserving of the medal.

Fantastic! Flavors of milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, brown bread, molasses, toffee, fudge, raisin, fig, date, bourbon, vanilla, toasted oak, and coconut; with lighter notes of coffee, tobacco, and leather. Light-moderate roast bitterness and bourbon/oak spice; with an awesome bittersweet/oaky balanced finish. Full-ish body with an outstanding creamy/silky mouthfeel, with minimal chalky roast character. Touch of dryness. A bit of booze as it warms on the aromas, but nothing significant. Pleasantly warming finish. A very unique BBA stout, not as dense/roasty as most. It seems to have flavor characteristics of a darker barleywine of sorts; but still remains roasty enough to feel like a stout. Tons of complexity going on with great balance of the malt/barrel characteristics. Will gladly grab another 4 pack. Grabbed another single randomly last week. Still on the shelf in my low traffic stores, same with the Barleywine. Scotch ale just returned as well. Also incredible.
