So you ever have a beer that's just ok then have a better one and it makes you appreciate it all the more? Well that's the case with my last beer to this one.

And the Willie and Merle Pancho and Lefty post made me play this one by Willie and Steve Earle after listening to it.

 

Dinner is almost done, enjoying this theme of Scottish/Scotch ales

Yes, yes we are. It’s gotten to that point.

 

Nothing like the smell of fresh cut grass on an Indian Summer evening. Time for a fruity smell. Gettin Jiggy.

 

Apparently the pizza place isn't a big fan of BYOB, so we were backed into a corner.

Another really awesome beer from @aoampm and the New Beer Sunday BIF.

I've never even heard of Port Brewing but this is a killer west-coast style double IPA. I've been drinking so much hazy hops lately, this was a great way to bring my palate back to the OG side of IPAs.

Great looking beer with nice frothy head retention. Lots of sweet orange and light grapefruit, with some stone fruit/peach up in there too. Some herbal dank resin on the back end. Perfect punchy bitter finish. Every sip has me wanting another.

Would drink again in a heartbeat. Excellent addition to the box o' goodies!

The name has me humming this song over and over haha

Big thanks to @Dragginballs76 for this one. Huge body. Great flavor balance. I think I still like Jackie O's Oro Negro best overall in the pepper stout category. Wolf's Ridge Canis Mexicanis is still the hottest. This one is in front of Hunahpu for me.

 

As an ex fireman, thats not a good idea because if the fire is that bad, nobody will save him and indanger the whole crew if the evac was set. But i understand at the same time and probably would do the same. Stay safe.
