    A funny thing happened this weekend. I fractured a molar. I had it pulled this morning. The post-op instructions said to start by drinking something carbonated, so that is what I'm doing.

    Pre dinner beer/first beer of the day, a premium Euro Lager from Grupo Damm, Barcelona:



    Not bad. Light DMS nose, and a little corn on the palate. Crisp biscuit top/cracker. Much better than the mass produced Spanish Lagers.

    Winding down after a morning run, oil change, car wash and dog walk. Damn I'm busy!:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: I need to light up the Primo to grill chicken and chops for a couple quick dinners this week.

    The best by date is 01/25/18 so I panicked when I found a four pack down in the cave. This beer is still a thing of beauty full of dark roast coffee, oak and smooth bourbon. Perfect on a seasonably cool day! Cheers to another week.....

    Pale malt, wheat, and oat; Citra, Columbus, Cascade, Pacific Jade, and Sorachi Ace hops; and has some lemon zest for good measure... Light, crisp, and refreshing...
