    A very tasty offering. Not really hoppy, just really balanced; with good malt complexity and a fair amount of hop flavor.

    Damn excellent stout here. Lots of roasted complexity with plenty of coffee flavor still there, not sure when it was bottled. The aromas are fantastic.

    Enjoying my last bottle of Alchemy Hour right now . . . still drinking pretty good, all things considered. Was anyone else struck by how mild the bitterness was with this beer? Or was it just me?

    Anyway, been a long day here—busywork in the office, meeting with my advisor (all very positive!), short-ish run, trivia at a local bar (eh!), and then I stopped by the Good Nature Rabbit in the RyePA beer release at Al's, downtown in Syracuse. Picked up just one bottle ($12 . . . ) so I'll be trying that probably this weekend.

    But for now, this is a good DIPA, even with a couple months on it.
