What beer are you drinking now? #1894

Nice red here

 

Canned this morning, purchased this afternoon, several consumed this evening.

 

I have 3 more of these but they still have packs at the store left. Still good.
Their shelf life is unbelievable like SN.

Only two more bottles of this in my possession. I honestly didn’t think it was as good as years past but each bottle I drink gets better and better. This has been the longest work week of my life after two days, probably cuz I love Christmas time so much and just want to stay home but there’s still two days left

 

Wife approved of the Mosaic Sue. Now splitting a can of regular Decorah Sue. Big improvement over the Florida stuff.

Making a big ass yeast starter for a New Year's Imperial Stout brew day. Yes I'm a geek and love Erlenmeyer flasks. Time for a BA beer. Cheers!

 

Remedy Machina (or Mashina, your choice) smoked Baltic Porter, 8% ABV, 36 IBU. Pours dark brown with a slight tan head. Nose is smoke, vanilla, and roasted malt, taste follows with a slight sweetness, and a slight bitter close - with smokiness in-between. Decent mouthfeel, overall excellent. Confusion on the name - have seen them spell it both ways.

 

Noon Whistle Squishy Gummy NE IPA. This is solid, but I feel the first batch of this was better. Still an enjoyable beer.

 

Pipeworks Galaxy Nelson Double IPA.
