    @JamFuel sent me pictures of some of his notes from that book. As expected, it is written in "Swedenglish." There are phrases such as "frootsy wootsy" and "yimmy yoommy" to describe each beer, and each beer has a rating of "bork," "bork bork," or "bork bork bork!!!!"
