    Your experience was better than mine. My first couple Heady were months old and no where near the same as 2 weeks old.
    Almost made me not want to go back to it for another try.
    But thanks to a great trade here, I have found faith in heady. Damn fine brew!!

    I'm not a big consumer of Lagers; don't like New Glarus Spotted Cow all that much. All that being said this TG Dorothy is the best Lager I have ever had and I will be buying more. It is very bubbly and crisp with some tangyness. So good!

    I like it too...but geez, I had one yesterday that had a ton of sediment in the bottom, like a tablespoon or something, that broke lose into tiny gravity defying chunks that kind of floated about in the ale for, like, far too long. Near the end, the sludge had managed to find the bottom, and then just laid there like a pile of sand, or fresh compost, or something. Horrible. It really isn't much of anything on the palate either, true, but surely this stuff is hard to look at!

    Evening BA. Started with a DFH 61. Now on to this.

    Picked up two bottles of Red Thunder a while ago and finally opened one. I'm really enjoying this. I may pick up a few more to put away.

    I thnk I may also see some Woodford in my future tonight I honor of the Kentucky Derby today. Cheers!
