it's fantastic, the grapefruit makes it a bit more tart and refreshing than regular Sofie but it doesn't overpower the base beer.

Enjoying a bit of Good Nature's Rabbit in the Rye PA, and it is damn, damn refreshing. This is what a really good, sessionable pale ale ought to look like. It's not outstanding, but has a very solid character and is very pleasant to drink.

A piece of perfectly seasoned round steak (a little soy, a little salt and some seasoning salt) along with some perfectly cooked frozen fries (who says batchelors can't eat good) ? The trick is to salt and pepper them right out of the fryer. Pair it with sum Torpedo or other good beer and ya got yerself a real deal meal.

It's a beautiful night to have a beer outside. Starting off with a little Midnight Ryder.

Bell's Black Note, always very tasty, I almost like the aroma more than the taste.

Still my favorite from the 12 pack. (recycled pick since the camera battery is dead)

Thought this was a little fitting based on the label.
    Cheers!

Up next is a homebrewed American Summer Blonde Ale I aged on French Oak that I soaked in white wine. I wanted this brew to be an easy drinking blonde but have a ever so slight wine characteristics. I think I nailed what I was going for.

I also just bottled the red wine version of this beer and I am expecting much more wine characteristics from the smell of it.

    Cheers!
