    Thanks LJ - past days I've put a lot of thought into this holiday, however this year happened on short order - I've had a Damnation traditionally but couldn't find it to my betterment. Although I'd not given it much, I've thought it was a knife on Consecration but no, The Spear Of Destiny

    I think part of my issue with the Pats and the Sox for that matter is the 24/7 coverage about them. Oh oh breaking news Brady’s wife ate a donut type of thing. That actually was a news story around here this week.

    I read that Arnold just had some kind of heart or heart valve surgery. I do not think he did a lot of steroids back in his day but this may have been caused partially by it.

    Bit of trivia. Frank Zane graduated from the same college as I did, albeit a decade before. I wonder if he trained in the same YMCA. The weight room was known as the dungeon since it was in the basement. No windows. No mirrors. No girly machines. Just lots of iron, squat racks and benches.
