Upper 60s and sunny here, perfect weather for a long walk with just one dog this morning. Home now with some coffee:



Happy Hump Day BAs!

 

Bayern Groomer Marzen Lager . . .



Dark ruddy brown color with orange highlights and tan cap.

Aroma of roasted malt and something cola like with a bit of nuttiness.

Flavor is predominately dark malt with a slight, and I mean slight, bit of cocoa/coffee. Fairly simple favors that work together and last into the finish. I can pick up a bit of hop influence in the finish/aftertaste but overall it's mostly roasty malt.

Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

Overall it's a solid dark lager that's friendly with salty snack treats.

 

Breakfast never tasted better. Great offering by Pizza Port! Cheers and happy hump day, BA!

 

Trying my first beer from one of Delaware’s newest breweries, Stitch House Brewery Big Stitch Nick, a solid pale ale, cheers!

Ambush from Trouble Brewing in Ireland. Good stuff, high quality ingredients I guess. This is what it says on the tin for sure, a juicy pale ale. Nice!

At @kettlehead1 and enjoying the sessionable Single Hop IPA brewed with Madussa hops and 5.3% ABV. Really tasty.

 

Yard Owl is def. into the minimalist thing with their 16 oz. crowlers If the beer inside is this tasty who is gonna care? Citra Saison FTW.

 

Forester Pass WCIPA 6.5 ABV 60 IBU. Excellent

 

Quest NEDIPA.

 

Great Lakes Blackout Stout a nice Imperial Stout to help me get through a rain delay of the Yankee game.

 

Looks like the snow is over for now and it wasn't that bad.
Enjoying a nice IPA while I check out the new bumper and lights on our FJ Cruiser.
