    The big 200! Was actually surprised to see this thread not up yet, but I figured I would take it on as I enjoy my first brew of the day! It is a new one for me, and honestly is a bit underwhelming after all of the Firestone hype I have seen out there. Still a pretty tasty IPA though! Cheers all!

    First one! Homebrew imperial stout that is not ready yet. Very little carbonation after a few weeks in the bottle. I'm so impatient.

    That one is going to take 4-6 weeks to carbonate and it will better with age. I have an Bourbon Oak Aged Impy Stout that is drinking amazing and has been in the bottle for 8 months or so.

    I am embarrassed to say, but you are absolutely right. When I saw "Firestone" I didn't even think to look at the date, assuming that they turned over pretty quickly. Worth getting again fresh?
