What beer are you drinking now? #2003

I am having Tart of Darkness (2017) a sour stout aged in oak barrels from Bruery Terraux, ABV 6.00%. The flavor is tart grapes, wine, lemon, oak, and chocolate. I am not sure it has much stout character, and some classify it as an American Wild Ale. But it is very refreshing.

Only took about three hours to install my new shifter knob and transmission bushings of course, about two hours of that was me trying to get back a nut I dropped inside the center console It shifts much snappier now though. Very pleased! Now it's time for a beer.

Learning I don't like Scotch Barrel aging thanks to Mother's Scotch MILF

 

I'm not sure there's been a beer that ever benefited to aging in Scotch barrels, to my palate.

 

Icarus - DDH Waikikamukau (apparently its prounounced why-kick-a-moo-cow).
It’s a wheated and oated NEIIPA double dry hopped with Vic secret.


The sauce for the meatballs is starting to simmer.
