    @superspak just read your review on michelob ultra. I mean this as a compliment, you are like the Ernest Hemingway of beer reviews the way you made that beer actually sound decent. Always am impressed by the work you put into your posts and reviews

    Brand spanking new collab between Sand City and Sloop called No One Says Downstate DIPA. Still incredibly green but wow. Serious mango, citric peel here. Very smooth, perfect feel. Has a certain melon Tree House vibe to it. This will only get better with time, cheers.

    #2, this (Pryes Brewing Miraculum IPA) is a really enjoyable “old school” IPA with a big malt backbone to accompany the piney hops.

    A most outstanding porter, one of the best I've had. Thanks @GreenBayBA for the chance to experience this one...



    ...and last night's concert with the Branford Marsalis Quartet was phenomenal. Lots of new tunes. The drummer, Justin Faulkner, is one of the best drummers I've ever seen or heard of. Perhaps he's like Tony Williams was back when he started out -- young and incredibly exceptional...
