    2016, even though pretty much everybody suggests this beer fresh I'm really liking this much more. The coffee is really faded, but there's still a good amount of barrel and chocolate.

    The wife and boy disappeared to the mall and what not. I have go check out our bbq grill that got man handled by a wind storm back before winter hit. Literally picked it up and tossed it on our porch. See if its still useable :rolling_eyes:

    I'm guessing its an imperial coffee stout aged on cognac chips and cedar spirals :sunglasses:

    Going up into the Cuyahoga Valley Nat'l Park this morning - for Farmers Market and the Ramp Fest....always fun! The rain is supposed to taper off today so hopefully can get out for a hike and do some yard / gardening work as well

    Horchata-inspired beer.

    The nose is cinnamon and cookie-like sweetness. The taste is vanilla-dominant, with some underlying spicy cinnamon and shortbread cookie. Pretty sweet but ultimately not too much so. Vaguely white wine-like, too, actually, with apple/pear/apricot flavors. Interesting. The mouthfeel is medium. A bit slick but drinkable. Overall, 4/5. Solid.
