Good morning NA BAs and good afternoon to our European brethren! It's starting off to be a sunny day here in NW PA - of course I'll mostly be inside finishing Mrs. Lizard's laundry from her recent cruise. I can hardly wait to see how much she thinks that she's taking when we go to Scotland in three weeks - I can tell you already that she's wrong!

Another shocking morning. I know, I know, that's weak but I have a raging summer cold and anyone as sick as me should be allowed such puns on the grounds of diminished capacity.



This one is new to me but since I can smell little and taste less this morning I'll reserve notes for another time. At this point all I can say is it's a bit tart and a bit sweet (sounds like a great date) and beats the crap outa the orange juice the kids say I should be drinking.

 

Westmalle and Achel 8º Blond. Old Dominion's Candi boasts the best label, though.

 

Karmeliet is the standard setter for me.

 

Good morning, all! Query: If you have to go in on your day off to do paperwork, is it really a day off? I'd say if you can have a beer beforehand, it isn't really work. This Hopsoulution should kick my productivity up a notch or two, don't you think?

I'm having a lunch beer in the middle of removing and reinstalling my wife's front brake pads. They're not worn, but they're "squeaky" which is "embarrassing". I should be happy I can solve the problem for $6.49, cause anyplace you take it would have replaced them.
