Having another treat from @connecticutpoet tonight!

This one didn't particularly lean in any direction style-wise (east, west, midwest), it kind of grabbed from all parts of the land for its IPA recipe. Hazy appearance, but the NEIPA aspect kinda drops off there as it has a lot of herbal bitterness, grassiness, along with some of that juice. It's decent. I gave it a 4.12 out of 5.

Had to drain pour that Don Graper.. woo! I’ve been into Pils and Lagers lately, and this one... I thought AleSmith would have done a better job. It’s just par for the course:

My apologies for not having updated since WBAYDN 2055, but I had an impromptu run to Downingtown, especially to Victory on Thursday & a massive beer-buying expedition to our local bottle shop on Friday that got in the way. Later today, NBS (Week 694) will eventually open, but I wanted to update yinz on my Tavour CANs progress. I still have three (3) remaining, but they will have to wait until after NBS.

Picking up where I left off:

which in turn kicked off a Wheat kick:

but then, I decided that some barrel-aging was in order:

and then I proved to be quite fickle, turning to:

Enough! This hophead craved some DIPAs!

    & finally:

That's it! Now you know as much as I do, if not more. Catch me on/in NBS today & I'll be back on Monday with more … stuff!

They make a lot of saisons and some are 12 oz singles or 750 ML. Try a different one.
