Beer #3. This is the second 6er I’ve killed of this, and going back for another soon. That is rare for me.

Bell’s Quinnanan Falls, canned 6/18/17. Not near as tasty as when fresh, but still enjoyable.

This is an amazing IIPA! Thank you, @The-Adjunct-Hippie! The weather suddenly is very nice. Philip H. Anselmo and The Illegals are coming to Titletown, USA, in September of this year. I cannot wait!

 

Was gonna go to the Chicago Fire game today but, the front office are complete morons so that's not happening. Should I go see Poison for $15 tonight?

 

Geary's doesn't get a lot of love around here, but I always enjoy their Summer Ale.

Go for the opening acts, then when Cheap Trick is done, leave early, beat the traffic, and hit Halestorm, Imperial Oak, and Open Bottle. That's what I would do....

Beer #4. Finally getting around to watching Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals. I already know the outcome, but damn what an exciting back-and-forth game!

Look!! They’re almost all clear beers (and 4 are IPAs).

(I know, they probably all suck. Let’s see if I need to ask for my money back...)

 

I decided to buy something special to celebrate unique beer number 8000.

 

@goingbrokeonbeer drove to Pennsylvania to get me this one beer. It was totally worth it. @TheIPAHunter, have you had this? It is amazing!

 

I don't think I've had enough to drink to sit through Cheap Trick just to get to a few good poision songs.

 

Jotting that down for future reference. Shame I don't have a free couch to crash on in tinley park anymore. Edit open bottle is right on 183rd? I'm definitely checking that out before the Marilyn Manson concert

 

This is interesting. I like it, but I'm not crazy about it. I’m kinda relieved I only got one as opposed to the entire 4. I’m operating on about 2 or 3 hours sleep so I should be a lot of fun while I’m still awake.
