    My last 2011 Rayon Vert from the cellar - it was well worth the wait. The Brett character is more prominent now:

    INTERESTING, for sure... it's alright. I know Saisons aren't my favorite style now. It's not bad.

    And that I am. :grinning:

    I find that it almost drinks like an energy drink..? Probably weird to say. It's just kind of like a sour orange pop, but it still has the characteristics of beer. Wound up throwing it a 3.74/5 rating which is higher than the rDev. A bit expensive but pretty damn tasty!
