Is there a limit to how many beer pics one can post to this thread per page? I think I have hit my limit. So embarrassilng. According to @DoctorZombies folks have my number so I should not worry about further spoiling my rep. Not sure if I should feel good or bad about that.

First time I’ve had anything from this brewery and I have to say, pretty freaking good. Pulpy orange juice, rindy mango, very smooth. I like it a lot.

 

I have seen Flying Dog beers on shelves here in Albany for several years, but until this past weekend I never picked up any. No other reason than that there's just so much to choose from. I admit the Hunter S Thompson inspired graphics caught my eye on more then one occasion. So I am glad I finally broke down and bought some FD. I like this one a lot.... it's a Maryland beer, but brewed with 100% New York hops... you think I can't tell ??!! Rye-PA w/ nice earthy & deciduous flavor. I'd like to try other Rye Pale Ales if you have one to recommend.

Should have bought these sooner. I found a beer cheese recipe and wanted to try it and it calls for a pale ale so I decided on Dale's. So I have to try one and see if they're any good.
BINGO!! Love this beer! Has enough hop to make me happy and not as high an ABV.
I consider TenFidy the perfect beer, his cousin would be a welcome partner in my cooler.

Moderate pour yields a 1/2 inch white head over a bright, light golden body with no lacing as head is gone in seconds. Nice nose of funk, oak, and chardonnay grapes. Taste mirrors nose wonderfully with a very nice dry finish. Loving the oak on this! Nice feel and overall, what a nice wild ale from these guys. Cheers to New Glarus!

The artist is HST’s sidekick and partner in crime Ralph Steadman. Read the article The Kentucky Derby Is Decadent and Depraved. It’s hilarious and was the first time they ever met/worked together. It’s amazing they ever collaborated again, let alone the rest of Thompson’s life.
