    What's up everyone? Cracking this DIPA from German brewer Frau Gruber. This is REALLY good stuff. The nose screams lemon meringue pie. My favorite DIPA to date. Cheers!

    7 mile brewery Beach Bubbles. 5.8% ABV Belgian Wit brewed with Pear that is brewed in Rio Grande, NJ. Just a few miles outside of Wildwood. From my review...

    Heard a story about how this beer is champagne like or has champagne yeast but we'll see....

    Hazy blonde with a fluffy bright white head. Smells of fresh pear, yeasty esters, pepper and pie dough. Taste is pretty bland to be honest. Slight pear juice. Banana, clove, pepper are subtle. Feel is full bodied, fluffy and the carbonation is lovely.

    Unfortunately this beer could have been more poppin with the flavors. They are subtle and leaving me wanting stronger pear and overall Wit flavors. It had everything going for it including great flavor combos ON PAPER but fell bland in the execution.

    I was going to wait until the first official day of summer to open this but I will be out of the country, so first day of summer break to drink it. Tired Hands Summer, good but not as good as Winter or Spring, cheers!
