That sounds a lot like Tired Hands’ 6th anniversary ipa, St SixSixSixer...which was also quite refreshing!

Drinking a Black and Tan ( made by mixing a pilsner and a porter). Enjoying it very much.

    Cheers!

Banded Horn Brewing Co., Biddeford ME - “Daikaiju” DIPA at 8.7%...

This IPA is exactly what I like to drink! It looks great (deep gold liquid with excellent clarity/long lasting fluffy white head, moderate to heavy lacing); it has a strong tropical fruit nose; taste follows aromas with bitter earthy hops, pineapple, mango, lemon grass, and grapefruit pith...and enough caramel malt base to support the bitter fruity flavors; medium lite body, moderate carbonation and lightly juicy feel, yet crisp and clean. So easy to drink...infrequently am I interested enough to wax on about a beer nowadays...for me, this Maine beer rocks! Cheers barmates!

It is truly amazing how fast weeds grow, back inside now. Southern Tier IPA, a little too malty IMO. Cheers!

Happy hump day ba. Getting into it with Hops the Cat, ipa, from full tilt brewing. Interesting can art but that’s about it. Not bad but pretty average stuff. Heading out to some local breweries in a bit.

At the local German deli... back in the day, your boy went here everyday before work - turkey on a roll with import Swiss. Well, things have changed, and Raul is back for the first time in ages with a mix of pastrami and German salami on rye - and this nice Munich Helles, Kloster Andechs Vollbier Hell:

    The deli’s beer selection:

One of a pick six. My thought was to try some of what I like to call "fizzy yellow beers" for the summer months. I wasn't expecting much from any of the beers, but this one I thought was pretty damn good. A good start for a Wednesday!
