[IMG] Thank you @DoctorZombies for this glass of juice, very tasty and loaded with tropical fruit and some grapefruit bitterness zest in the finish. Cheers all.

In the Ginza in Tokyo for some sushi next to the train tracks on a great Monday night. The draft beer is flowing. You just order a draft, no need to say what type since there is only one. The fish was great.

Also, loved the look of the yakitori place next door and the smell of the meat grilling away.

    Something with a bit of substance . . .

Beautiful lighter shade of gold with good cap and lacing.

Aroma is like stepping into a dark conifer forest. The hop aroma comes full on in an unobtrusive way, there's a lot of it but it's not pushy. Hints of spice dance about like a sprinkling of sunbeams lightly filtered through the boughs above.

Yes, the flavor is resinous, just like the brewery says, but it's a pleasant bunch of buds. Grains come through in the buttery rich body but it's hops that lead the band. Finish is clean with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

Need a little help from my standby OB Hotbox in waking up this morning. Probably going to get it all wrong today but my picks/scores today are:
    KSA 1 - EGY 2
    URU 2 - RUS 2
    ESP 3 - MAR 1
    POR 2 - IRA 1
I thought Poland would eke out a win yesterday but was pleasantly surprised that Colombia pounded 'em 3-0. That was an inspired performance yesterday... Cheers everyone!

I am drinking Jet Lag IPA from O'Clock Brewing, Bois d'Arcy, France (by Versailles) at l'academie la biere in Paris, ABV 6.50%. l'academie la biere is reputed to have the best mussles in Paris. Anyway I thought this was a pretty good French west coast IPA, grapefruit, pineapple, and pine resin.

I am having "Nice to meet you" from Les Brasseurs du Grand Paris a local brewery, ABV 8.50%, IBU 90, at l'academie la biere, Paris, France, which allegedly is the best place for mussles in Paris. The flavor is bread, sweet bread, mango, grapefruit, and pine resin, dank, I thought it was very good.

    Cloudwater DIPA Citra Cryo.

Not my most favorite Cloudwater, but still interesting and worth every Euro. They brew some amazing stuff. Found it a couple of different cans in a shop in Amsterdam recently. They had a one time only batch (all gone by now I'm afraid).

    Cheers!

Lord Hobo Boom Sauce 7.8%. Clear for a NEipa. Juicy. Big fruit flavor. Easy drinker Sneaky abv. This brewery just came out to SD to see if there was a market and now they are blowing up. We go thru a keg of Boom Sauce every 2 days at my work. They probably sell more beer here than they do in Massachusetts.
Also drinking FW Luponic Distortion No.10 5.9%. It is fruity but the WC bitterness, light crispness from carbonation, and lower abv make this the better beer over the NE style Boom Sauce. This may be the best Luponic so far. I'm getting more.

...this is my first can from Batch #003 and it seems that the script has been flipped as compared to Batch #001: the Maple Syrup adjunct is more present while the Coconut takes a backseat...nice!

Even More Coco Jesus is delicious, complex and well-executed. Jeppe certainly knows his way around massive, imperial stouts and takes no prisoners with the style. That said, Bozo Beer makes Even More Jesus (and its variants) comparable to a session beer!

    Cheers everyone!
