Just got off work, cracked open a Zombie Dust, and about to play some SWTOR. Life ain't too bad.

EDIT: Well, nevermind on the SWTOR. (Server maintenance). At least I still got my Zombie Dust.

 

I've had Pliny before but was hammered. Sober now. 050913 bottling so a week old. And did I mention I am in Canada?? Huge thanks to BenSW in San Fran for having such an awesome trading relationship. Our cities happen to be major airmail hubs so trade turnaround time is like 4 days via regular mail. Smells like a bag of hop pellets does. So awesome. So fresh smelling. Really well balanced taste, you can taste the citrusy notes and again, so fresh tasting. Taking my mind off the little guy who has a nasty flu and can't keep anything down. First time he's been sick, just under 2. He's cuddling with me on the couch. Going to the ER as its been 3 days, but the pediatrician we see isn't in til 10, so a nice beer before bed..

Really refreshing and well balanced IPa. Lots of hops and a ton of citrus. Definitely sessionable at 6% too

That sucks man. My son is the same age. He's only been sick twice, pretty minor both times, but it was still rough. Wishing the little guy a speedy recovery.

 

Thanks. He's just not himself. I got him to drink about 300ml of Oj an hour ago and put him to bed. I'm sure you can sympathize how tough it is seeing them sick when you are really helpless. He will be ok though, seems to be working its way out

 

Such an awesome beer. Going to bed after this. So weird how working night shift for a week keeps you up so late. So good. The smoked flavors are incredible. Says bottle 812/813 but seems like its a blended bottle. Either way a well put together stout which I would happily have again
