    I forgot to mention it was also his son, Lille, who is the drummer as well. He learned well from his father!



    In my eighteen years of metal, I have NEVER seen an extreme metal drummer use a traditional grip!

    Bought this I'm not even sure how many weeks ago now. Was told that it needed to age just a little bit longer in the bottle to get the carb up. My first from Olvalde Farm. Little bit of sweetness from the honey comes through right away quickly follows by slight tartness in the finish. Just a little pucker from the rhubarb. So far so good. Gotta see what else comes out as it warms.

    There's no sense in saving the CBS for the end--drink it earlier in the night before the buzz kicks in, or serve all of the beers side by side. You don't want palate fatigue/the booze to prevent you from fully experiencing CBS!

    I'm visiting some friends in northern Vermont. Stopped at Hill Farmstead yesterday and now I'm enjoying a pint of Abner DIPA with some local cheeses. Earlier today I got to enjoy some Lawson Maple Nipple and Jade IPA as well as Fiddlehead IPA. What a great weekend.

    Had a So Fresh & So Green, Green during the Gator's miracle (albeit a bit embarrassing) win. Now enjoying the Oaked Big Hoppy Monster during the TAMU vs. Bama game. Love me some college football.

    Enjoying this brewery for the first time. Interesting but yummy blend of a Tripel and a Lambic.

    Great choices, good to see a Gator's fan enjoying Athens' beer. Cheers to you, that final play in the Florida game was pretty crazy.
