    I prefer Sofie with 6 months on it as opposed to ~1 year on this one. Dries out a bit too much for me and the zest fades out. Not that i don't love me some funk but the wonderful balance at 6 is my personal sweet spot. Matilda at 1 year on the otherhand....oomph

    Home now (Paris) with a bottle I stuck in the fridge last week - Cantillon’s “Rose de Gambrinus”:



    What a fantastic two days of drinking at Cantillon! Today was hurried, yet managed another bottle of Lou Pepe - Kriek (2015):

    So grateful, and happy to have shared so many wonderful beers...can’t wait to return - Cheers!
