Good evening, all! I'm psyched, stoked, and/or pumped. Zwanze Day is coming up, and I decided to bite the bullet and get a ticket this year. I'm looking forward not only to the beer, but also to the lunch at Schera's Algerian-American Restaurant in Elkader, IA. There are a few other places to check out in the area, and there should be several other BA's there. A full report will be forthcoming. As for now, though, I'm enjoying this SN Hoppy Pilsner, from the Southern Hemisphere variety pack. This pack has been outstanding, and this one is no exception. Cheers!

If you get the chance, read the history of Yuengling. Actually started in Richmond, VA. I think the son of the PA brewery. Anyway, lost many a brain cell drinking these while in college in PA. I still consider it the best big brewery beer in the USA.

My first time trying this Oktoberfest, what took me so long ? Going down so smooth, delicious.

Picked up a Little Sumpin Sumpin today.

 

Newer place almost next door to the Deli. Wings, salads, mixed drinks and some nice beer.

 

My first time with this one, I have a couple more I think with a little time it would be better.

 

This one is holding up well.
