Starting off our shift here at the Brewers Collective the only way we know how. Cheers all.

 

Today I'm revisiting Beavers Milk.

 

Stouts always taste better in the cool weather. Especially four year old stouts from Faust's private reserve. No scientific evidence to support this....purely anecdotal.

A new-to-me NE-DIPA from Icarus. The name is a nod to both the wheat it's brewed with and Icarus's habit of spelling things wrong on their cans (which, frankly, irks me sometimes).



I know that at least a few of you guys and gals play video games. Red Dead Redemption 2 has me glued to my PS4. Gonna sip this bad boy and play.

Why I don't do flights it all boils down to everything is good. Shame this place is in Hammond. All there is are churches,hospitals,and police stations all of which I hope to avoid forever. I thought Surly was in the middle of nowhere all 4 streets surrounding seem to be shutdown
