    Hazy, light orange gold color, it really does look like orange juice, with small white cap.

    Aroma of piney, citrusy hops that are very fresh and vibrant.

    Taste is hop forward in abundance with very small bitterness. Hops are sharp but have some depth and come across as brightly citrusy with any overripe citrus aspects. Simple flavors but well balanced.

    I'm having a Victory Sour Monkey today. It's crystal clear and rich golden in color. Quite effervescent. I get lemon & apple in the nose & taste. It's more tart than sour, at least that's how I'd describe it. I don't see any relation between Sour Monkey and Golden Monkey. They're obviously supposed to be cousins of some sort, but they're two completely different beers to me.

    Having a Flying Dog Raging Bitch. I first came across this one at a beer fest in Maryland and have had it numerous times since. It's a Belgian IPA, from Maryland, not actually Belgium. Beautiful, slightly hazy amber/orange color with a great head and excellent lacing. Orange & grapefruit are dominant in both the nose and taste. Great malty backbone. Bread & yeast are noticeable. A great beer by a quality brewery.
