#2 tonight is a 10%er, so we might be getting closer to the end of the night. Love KCBC, though they've got to start dating their cans... I digress... watch this video

Super Bowl leftovers, wings, poppers, doggies and a second Jai-Alai. Nobody expects me to go deep, but I'm very thankful (no I'm not drunk) to be a member of a site where honesty is respected and everyone supports each other, much respect to @superspak (I'm sure he despises the attention). I'm on a bunch or Mustang and shooting sites to. At least 2-3 times a night on some of the Mustang sites it will go down as "oh yeah *************, bring you're fucking car to my town and I'll own your ass.....".....Peace peers....

Thanks @brutalfarce, getting down to the last few left. This was a fantastic NEIPA. Awesome rocky head retention/soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, and light peppercorn/pine hops; with balanced wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toasted malts; and herbal, floral, grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; very creamy, silky, bready, grainy malts; light sticky hops, and slight lingering resins in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness. Super smooth/soft, minimal 7%. Amazing Citra/Mosaic profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. I would buy this all the time if they were available! I love the hop profile as expected. 4.25

It's an evening for leftovers, it seems: leftover tacos from earlier today (I always cook for two), and leftover Etain from yesterday.

Fantastic flavored scotch ale. Great head retention/spotty lacing. Aromas and flavors of big amaretto, cherries, raisin, plum, fig, apricot, peach, pear, red apple, fruit pits, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, bourbon, toasted oak, and brown bread; with lighter notes of coconut, licorice, leather, tobacco, herbal/grassy hops, and yeast earthiness. Mild herbal, grassy, amaretto bitterness; bourbon/oak tannin spiciness, and slight amaretto tang/tartness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and medium-full body; very creamy, silky, bready, grainy malts; light slickness, sticky hops, oak tannins, and amaretto tang in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter/tart/tannic dryness, no cloying sweetness. Dangerously smooth, mild warmth of 11%, no barrel booze. Amazing balance of rich malts, amaretto flavor, and fruity yeast; with nice overall bourbon barrel presence/integration that isn't overdone. I can see a lot of people thinking the amaretto was super overpowering, but I thought it worked perfectly with the Scottish yeast profile. 4.25

Ah fuck, I guess I’ll join the party. @TheIPAHunter give me the mic; @superspak pass me a Pliny... I actually just wrote out a massive account of my own mental health issues, but I don’t want to bore y’all, so I deleted it. In short, I suffer from mind crippling OCD. I am on medication (if I wasn’t I would be dead), I go to therapy, but I am also proudly a BA! I love this place and the community, it’s one thing that I have to look forward to. So I just want to say, ‘Spak, Hunter man, I feel you! Life is hell, but we do what we can. And if it wasn’t for this damned appendectomy, I’d cheers you sons of bitches right now!

For how much I complain about NEIPAs this is one brewery that keeps it interesting. They have actually worked their way into my top 5 breweries. Drinking a Double Toasted Marshmellow right now and its awesome.

Brother, I just want to say that you are truly appreciated. You were the first person I came across that made me say: "This MFer is as crazy as me." That's respect. I appreciate you, and I look forward to raising a glass soon. Thanks for the bail money.

Have only had one from them. Passed on that^ one as I imagined it as too sweet. Reviews seem to assuage my concerns, so may pick it up , if they continue to brew it. The one I did have , Multiflora, was quite good.
