    The TG parade continues here ba. Hopsmack, dipa. Wow, this is really good stuff. Super concentrated hop flavors, I'm guessing citra/mosaic? Can't seem to find the hop profile. Regardless, crazy good hop juice,

    Murky brownish orange body with a very dense and creamy head; fingers and patches of foam cling to the glass. Freshly cut oranges in the aroma; citrus and pine; some biscuit. Citrus and acidic flavors; earthy. Heavy body; velvety on the palate; juicy with a dry edge.

    The beer has a kind of ugly looking body yet the head is awesome, and the aroma and flavor are all nicely balanced and unique. The oats add a nice touch to the mouthfeel, smell and taste - a bit of cereal grain presence. Nicely done.

    Right along here ba. iStout affogato, imperial stout w/lactose, coffee, & vanilla, from 8 Wired brewing. The coffee seems to be falling off a bit but still pretty good drinking. Probably keep buying as long as the singles exist,

    Lots of toasted peanuts, Sweet jammy berries, and dark chocolate. Yum!

    Lunch brew . . . Serda Hook Line & Lager Pilsner . . .

    Distinctive light gold color with white cap and lacing.

    Mild scent of rich yet dryish malt with floral, spicy hops.

    Taste upfront is about equal hop sharpness with rich malt yet that same sense of dryness. Curious about that I looked up the website to find there is rye malt in the mix. Ah, that explains things, rich malt with a spicy rye kick. In this brew the combination works with the diverse grain flavors blending well together and just enough firm hop kick to keep things in balance. Simple flavors in harmony, clean all the way to the finish with a bit of hop firmness at the end that concludes things nicely.
