So the majority of my Trillium beers lately tend to be once a year brews, permutation experimental beers, newer lighthouse series or stouts. Out of respect to my good buddy @TheIPAHunter I am choosing a rotational beer from them for the 1st beer of the day for me, Fort Point mosaic. It's very good and as good as I recall. Not a perfect sample size but I have no complaints about Trillium, whereas don't getl me started about Treehouse consistency or lack thereof. Cheers to.all and let's watch some hoops. Cheers

 

Good morning! Finishing up Quad BBB from last night. I fell asleep with a snifter in my hand!!

 

Stone - Scorpion Bowl IPA (can).. cheers!

 

Last night: an excellent, very fresh, weizenbock at the very local Bryan/College Station Zoigl. Fantastic! I really hope they keep this on their regular rotation!

 

Miller High Life with lunch, likely my only beer until the evening.

 

Had a Kout 10 on tap last night. Never thought I’d be able to find it without traveling to Europe. Amazing how different it tastes than most “pils” produced here in the US. An wonderful showcase of some phenomenal Saaz hops.

Set the Vector a 6 grain Saison from Twin Elephant Brewing excellent brew. The 6 Grains are barley, spelt, wheat, oat, rice and rye. Easy drinking at 6.4 ABV.
