Hope everyone had a good Tuesday. My Sr Manager retired today, so we will see how things shape up moving forward. Should still be pretty smooth, I already have worked with the new one on my vehicle programs for a few years.

Excellent NEIPA. Fantastic rocky head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, watermelon, red apple, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light toasted malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; creamy/bready/grainy wheat/lactose, and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Slight lingering resins/rinds after the finish. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth/soft, minimal warming 6.8%. Great Bravo, Cascade, El Dorado, Hallertau Blanc profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balanced lactose and wheat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. Really well made all around. 4.03

Then I get the call that the plumber inspector has found $20,000 of 1957 cast iron pipe issues, et. al, under slab/under ground plus in home plumbing code violations...go to the house and confirm problems...meet with our agent and cancel contract and multiple future scheduled inspections...home now with a Jai Alai on the balcony:



A few hundred bucks of due diligence has paid off...beer keeps me sane...and I do like the $2,000 Hand Made Italian Leather Couch from Italy my wife bought this weekend for the new house (we’re not buying), that was delivered here this morning...I may have another beer fairly quickly Cheers!
