Flavors on this one are pretty nice chocolate, vanilla, caramel not overly sweet just right.

A local pickup, pretty decent, fairly enjoyable. I get mangoes on the nose with hints of wet grass; flavor is mango and tangerine and orange with gym bag and grass, a bit dirty, perhaps too yeasty; feel is heavily carbonated for the style, not creamy enough for a new england style. Overall a 4 out of 5, good effort, they'll get it eventually (I liked their Unsettled better).

NEIPA from @The-Adjunct-Hippie. This was delicious. Opaquely hazy. Fantastic fluffy head retention/foamy lacing. Flavors of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Similar/muted aromas. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation and medium body; creamy/bready/grainy malts, some sticky hops, and resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth, not aggressive, no warmth of 5.8%. Great Simcoe/Cascade profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Well made for the style, was a bit over carbonated, but easy drinking. 3.91

My first Singlecut in a looooooong time and I have to admit I’m pretty impressed. Big time orange juice flavor and ripened mango. Very soft. Wow, might have to permanently end my SC strike. Cheers all.

This was an outstanding Biere de Garde. Fantastic fluffy head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big lemon, orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, clove, oak, and light banana/bubblegum yeast; with moderate honey, cracker, white bread dough/crust, toasted biscuit, and light caramel/nutty malts; with herbal, floral, woody, grassy hops; and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness; and herbal, floral, woody, grassy bitterness on the finish. High carbonation, medium body, and moderately crisp finishing. Creamy/bready/grainy malts, some sticky hops, and light oak tannins in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing bitter/spicy/carbonated dryness; no astringency. Refreshingly smooth, no warmth of 7%. Fantastic balance between well rounded Belgian yeast complexity, rich Munich malts, and earthy hops; with solid wine barrel presence. Zero residual sweetness with crisp dryness. Amazing style example. 4.18

This is a pretty nice Pilsner, it’s local, and it allows me to use one of my favorite beer glasses with impunity. That’s the ovaltine beer nerd trifecta, BA’s.
