    The last litre of my just bottled hoppy pale ale, filtered through a coffee strainer to remove all he hop particles and then mixed 70/30 with some lemonade to make a shandy reminiscent of Lilt, except Lilt made with unicorn tears.

    Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout and Warsteiner dunkel. The beloved family presented me with these plus some glassware last night. Yeah, it's early, but I'm gonna drink beer and watch 'em mow the lawn! Hey, it's MY day, and I'm takin' full advantage of it! (son. SON! yeah you! You missed a spot by the tree! Woman! fetch me a biscuit. Grandson! get me another beer!) Gawd they're gonna hate me.

    Happy fathers day. I already took teh dogs for a nice long walk and now my kids are out playing in the kiddy pool. Such a nice, warm, beautiful Sunday that I am starting with an awesome lemon forward sour. Thanks to Ken for this one!
