    After a long trip, some of those beauties landed safely in Switzerland... Absolutely delicious! You Americans are the best ones to prepare this damn delicious juice of hops!

    Unita nailed this double Black IPA! Ribs are coming along nicely. Holding around a steady 250. Just gave them a spray down and transitioned them to stacking mode.

    Just finished an expensive and average Pilsener from Evil Twin, Low Life. I do not recommend it, unless you're a ticker. These guys played here in town a few nights ago, and I really enjoyed their set. Check 'em out if they come through your area:

    Urban Chestnut Brewing Company, Barrel-Aged Series, Daft, Barley-Wine Ale Aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels. Barreled - Jan 2012, bottled Aug 2013. Bottle 281 of 3000. In a small Westvleteren goblet. I seriously have no idea how this bottle came into my possession. Boozy but highly carbonated.
